User Data Deletion

This page explains how users can delete their OrbitStork account and personal data.

Delete from the app
Open OrbitStork → Settings→ Delete account. This deletes your OrbitStork account and disconnects or deletes your Stripe connected account once balances are $0.

What we delete

• Profile data (email, phone, approximate address) 
• Session tokens and app data linked to your account
   

Payments / Stripe
If you created a Stripe connected account, we delete it when possible; otherwise we disconnect it once all balances/disputes are settled. Stripe/financial providers may retain certain records as required by law and their policies.

What we may retain temporarily
Minimal transaction records required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations, then purged after statutory retention periods.
