Platform Usage & Operating Guidelines

1. Introduction

These guidelines outline acceptable behavior and responsibilities for all users of the OrbitStork platform, including both buyers and travellers. Our goal is to maintain a safe, lawful, and trustworthy environment for everyone.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

2. General Rules for All Users

• Act respectfully and honestly in all communications and transactions.
• Do not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Provide accurate and truthful personal and transaction details.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.
• Do not attempt to bypass OrbitStork’s payment or communication systems.

3. Prohibited Items and Activities

Prohibited Items
• Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
• Alcohol and tobacco products
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit goods or fake brands
• Prescription medicines or restricted chemicals
• Endangered species, plants, or animal products
• Obscene, adult, or pornographic materials
• Items restricted by airlines or customs authorities

Prohibited Activities
• Attempting to trade or transport illegal or restricted goods
• Providing false or misleading item descriptions
• Circumventing OrbitStork payments, dispute, or verification processes
• Harassing, impersonating, or deceiving other users
• Soliciting users for off-platform transactions

4. Traveller Responsibilities

• Ensure all carried items comply with customs and import/export laws of both departure and destination countries.
• Check airline baggage and dangerous goods restrictions before travelling.
• Declare all relevant items to customs when required.
• Do not carry items that could endanger yourself or others.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with buyers to coordinate delivery.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Do not request or attempt to purchase prohibited or illegal items.
• Be transparent about the requested items and provide accurate information.
• Complete all payments through OrbitStork’s secure payment system only.
• Respect travellers’ schedules and delivery verification processes (such as delivery PINs).
• Report any suspicious or unsafe activity through the in-app contact form or support email.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

• If you notice prohibited activity, report it immediately through the app or by emailing contact@orbitstork.com.
• OrbitStork reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove users who violate these guidelines.
• In cases of suspected criminal activity, OrbitStork may cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

7. Updates and Contact

OrbitStork may update these guidelines from time to time. Changes will take effect when published within the app or on the OrbitStork website.
